WANSYN Liquid Calcium-Zinc (Ca-Zn) PVC Stabilizers are engineered to improve heat stability and processing consistency in PVC manufacturing. A properly matched stabilizer system can help reduce typical processing issues such as yellowing, brittleness, torque fluctuation, and surface defects (including plate-out/deposits).
Liquid systems can also support more uniform dispersion and dosing stability, helping manufacturers achieve better batch consistency and a wider, more controllable processing window.
Key Benefits
Lead-free stabilizer system supporting eco-preferred solutions (compliance documents available upon request).
Improved initial color to help maintain appearance early in processing (formulation-dependent).
Long-term stability to support durability and aging resistance over time.
Stable processing helping reduce torque fluctuation and improve production consistency.
Good compatibility across a wide range of flexible/semi-rigid PVC formulations.
Customizable packages available for different applications and performance targets.
Note: Performance depends on resin type, plasticizer, lubricants, fillers/pigments, and processing conditions. Line trials are recommended.
Scope of Application
Wire & cable compounds (insulation / sheathing)
Extruded hoses and tubing
Calendered films and flexible sheets (including printing-required products)
Footwear (injection-molded soles and related flexible PVC systems, formulation-dependent)
Sports flooring, wall covering, decorative films
Artificial leather, coated fabrics, toys, plastisols (PVC pastes)
How to Choose: Ca-Zn vs. Methyl Tin (MT)
Different markets and applications choose different systems:
Clear rigid PVC often uses Methyl Tin (MT) when transparency and heat stability are critical (subject to regulations and customer specs).
Semi-rigid/flexible and eco-preferred scenarios often choose Ca-Zn for balanced performance and positioning.
Synergy packages are possible for demanding color, stability, or processing targets.
Usage Guidance (Dosage & Processing)
Because PVC formulations vary widely, we recommend a practical onboarding approach:
Define your target (yellowing, torque instability, plate-out, odor, aging resistance, etc.)
Share basic formulation/process info (resin type, plasticizer, lubricant system, fillers, process method)
We provide a starting recommendation + trial checklist and help optimize the stabilizer-lubricant balance.
Documents & Compliance Support
Available upon request (grade-dependent):
SDS/MSDS, TDS
Compliance support such as REACH / RoHS / SVHC statements or third-party reports (as required)
Why WANSYN
Export-oriented technical support and grade matching
Samples + trial planning to shorten qualification cycles
A clear workflow: issue diagnosis → system matching → line validation
