WANSYN G-80 is a powder calcium-zinc stabilizer developed for rigid PVC pipe and fitting processing. It is intended for processors coordinating heat stability, fusion, initial whiteness, lubrication and line cleanliness within a formulation-specific trial. Weld-line strength, pressure rating and service life belong to the complete pipe or fitting system and cannot be guaranteed by the stabilizer alone.
Dosage and Lubrication Adjustment
G-80 should not be assigned one fixed dosage for every formulation. WANSYN can propose a starting trial after reviewing the current system. Final stabilizer and internal/external lubricant balance must be established on the customer's line. If fusion, torque, whiteness or deposits move outside target, review resin, filler, processing aid and lubrication together.

Is G-80 suitable for both pipes and fittings?
It can be evaluated for suitable pipe extrusion and fitting formulations; injection molding requires separate review of flow, release and weld-line performance.
Can it improve whiteness?
It is designed to support initial whiteness, while resin history, filler, pigment, lubrication and temperature also determine the result.
Can it reduce die deposits?
It is designed for clean processing in a balanced formulation. Deposits must be recorded in a controlled trial.
Does it guarantee pressure-pipe compliance?
No. Compliance and pressure class must be validated for the complete pipe against the applicable standard.
Can it directly replace lead stabilizer?
A one-for-one replacement should not be assumed; calcium-zinc conversion normally requires lubrication and process adjustment.
